Question about LG W1934S-BN 19" Monitor
I've just spent some time building my website, and now that its ready to go, my flatscreen monitor has packed in. However, since I can't find another standard monitor to replace it with, I've had to settle for a 19'' LG W1943SS widescreen. The problem is that I had all my webpages set to fit perfectly on my old monitor so that visitors to my site could see it as I created it, and now the new widescreen has clipped the edges off each side of the pages, meaning visitors will now have to scroll across to view full content?
Is there any way of resolving this, or does it mean I have to change the margins of my sites all over again? For some reason, I can't change the aspect ratio back to 4.3? I've tried asking LG, but they ignored me, and they won't even list their product anywhere, since mine is an LG Flatron W1943SS monitor.
I should add that in Windows XP, the highest resolution is 1024 by 768?
UPDATE: I've managed to get it just perfect for Freezefox, by setting the table widths to 1024, but in IE, it still goes over the edge of the screen for scrolling?
You need to edit your website to be multi resolution friendly. everyone has different monitors :) try using a fixed main table size or fixed frame size. :)

Your LG flatron resolution is 1366x768.. just change the settings on display properties at 1366x768, if there no available resolution, uninstall your display driver and reinstall your video driver, the process of driver installation detect your monitor resolution automatic <_>
