Usually the problem come from Buzzer(ringing).tray to replace your phone by opening all screws, than you can find a buzer behind VCB (phone board). Also check connector on VCB, Clean it with pencils eraser if dirty.than tray again.if still not work it mean you have to change the buzzer. I hope it help.

Do you know if this is on an SX2000 or SX200? If it's on an SX2000, it is a software glitch and requires upgrade to the latest software. As a work-around, you can de-program and re-program the console. It should clear the problem for a while.

The mobile does not ring when i get a call.the music also doesnot play.it plays without sound.i used the mobile only for a month.i tried restoring factory settings but it doesnot work.can u please tell me...

Hi, what causes the phone not to be able to ring out is due to the ringer inside the phone that allows you to hear a ringing tone is bad.

You will need to replace the ringer inside the phone. When replaced phone will start ringing out and you can hear when it rings out.

have a nice day.

PHONE WILL NOT RING

Hi it sounds like your problem is that the call diverts are set to divert all calls what you need to do is goto settings then goto call settings then look for call divert settings what you need to do is cancel all diverts and then go through them one by one and just
activate divert if off (activating this one goes to ans phn if phn off
activate divert if busy ( goes to ans phn if your on phone call)
activate divert if out of reach (goes to ans phn if no signal)
After doing these settings then your phone should ring when someone calls you.
Before you activate any divert setting select cancel all diverts then get someone to ring you and make sure phone rings the screen will now display whos callind and the phone should also ring.
Let me know if you need further assistance ok let me know how you get on
