Question about Computers & Internet
I think you have double clicked on a file which was generated by a Worm. Its quite a long process to describe and needs some knowledge to manually remove the Viruses.
I recommend you to download one of these products.
Bitdefender - Trial would be enough.
Dr.Web Standalone - CureIt.
Both are perfect solutions. Trusted and Verified Personally.
Download and Install Bitdefender and let the Automatic update to continue. Do the pre-virus scan before install. It will prompt you! Don't use the key if you plan to update Automatically. You can use it for 30 days.
Dr.Web doesn't require an installation. Just run and it will do the rest.
Deleted your Local Settings\Temp folder in your User Profile (Unhide the hidden folders before proceed. However it might be disabled already).
Clean your Web Browser cache and temporary internet files as well, using the Internet Options.
When you are prompted you can delete or Quarantine the files. If there are only Viruses except infected System Files, choose Delete option.
