Hi just read your posting. Now can you tell me why you think your computer is faulty.Does it come up with an error code or is the computer not powering up?If it does come up with an error code there will be a beep and a series of lights will be lit when it is beeping. These lights will be in a row of 8 lights. What I need to know is what lights are lit in this row.Starting from left to right on the row which lights are lit?Is it the 2nd and 4th or the 3rd and 6th -0--etc---?Please reply with additional information and I am sure I can help you rectify this fault.Looking forward to your reply.

on the console, it's the 3rd, 4th and 5th green light that comes on together and the machine stops and it beeps to tell me something is wrong.

  • salngeorge Jul 11, 2010

have I given you enough information?

  • luisa_sgro Jul 11, 2010

Hi just read your posting. The error code you have indicated is BOWL CHECK FAULT.The primary source for this fault is the clutch is not re-engaging.Open the lid of the machine and try lifting the inner bowl up and turning it and then releasing it to see if it re-engages.If the inner bowl has not re-engaged the clutch then you will not be able to lift it up as its position will be already at the top under the neck ring. The secondary source of the fault will be the ROTOR POSITION SENSOR with is located on your motor.Try the inner bowl check 1st and reply on how you got on.Sorry I did not get back to you sooner but there was something wrong with the web site.By the way did the machine fill with water and wash and only faulted when the cycle reached rinse or spin?Looking forward to your reply.

Just read your last posting. You mentioned that the machine stopped before the Rinse cycle>Did the machine drain the water? Please reply as the web site is now working properly.
