Question about Apple iPod nano
There are a few steps you need to do in order to make sure that the device is working correctly. 1. Make sure that the battery is charged and/or charging. 2. Make sure that the hold switch is on the silver part, not the orange part. 3. Hold down the middle and menu buttons at the same time for a few seconds. If the device is working properly, then it should reset itself. If not, then you will have to either talk to an apple technician, or get it checked out at your local BestBuy, or other electronic store. Good Luck!
