Please check in case you haee blocked the website.

In case you are using internet exploere 7

click on tools -> internet options -> Privacy Tab-> Sites.

Make sure that yahoo is not listed there.

In case you are still not able to access, try clear cookies and cache.

In case still inaccessiable, try a different browser.

Does it work when you use another browser? What you need to do clear your cookies, your cache, and your browser history. If you are using firefox, go to tools at the top. If you do not see tools at the top of the firefox, then click F10 on your keyboard. Go to tools>options. Then click on privacy tab, from there click on remove individual cookies. A new window should open up, click on remove all cookies then click close. Then click on clear your recent history, again a new window should open up. At the top it should say time range to clear: select everything. under details, make sure the first four are selected (Browsing & Download History, Form & Search history, cookies, and cache). then click clear now. Then click ok and close down firefox. Open it up again and see if you can sign in to Yahoo Mail. Good luck.

I just encountered the problem of not being able to sign into my Yahoo! account with my Mozilla browser (Dec. 4, 2014.) I tried the steps of clearing my cookies and cache and even upgraded my Mozilla browser to the latest version, with no luck. Note: I could sign in to my Yahoo! account with Google Chrome and with IE 11. This morning, after "sleeping on it," I wondered if my "Do Not Track" settings (no tracking) on my Mozilla browser was causing the problem of "cookies rejected." First I tried signing into my Yahoo! account with "no tracking" settings through Do Not Track on Mozilla. I couldn't sign in. Then, I disabled the tracking on Do Not Track and tried signing into Yahoo! with Mozilla. Bingo! I could sign in. I have now reset Do Not Track for "no tracking." Others may wish to try this solution if the steps provided through Mozilla support don't work.

I am unable to access my Yahoo mail account.

What browser are you using? Most of the time when I see this error, the browser has been set to reject cookies (or to reject cookies from a certain site). In Firefox, this is Tools, Options, Privacy. In that section, check the box marked accept cookies and double-check the Exceptions list to make sure that Yahoo isn't blocked. In Internet Explorer, this is Tools, Internet Options, the Privacy tab. There check the Security setting for the Internet Zone and the list of sites. (Other browsers will be only a little bit different.)

(I've also had issues with other services when they can't accept logins and loop but that has usually been limited to AOL owned sites. In that case, clearing all cookies (or at least those related to the problem host), clearing the cache and restarting the browser solves the problem. That is a final thing to try.)

hi, If you can't get there because you need to enable cookies, I can help you.

Go to the tools menu up at the top of the Internet Explorer or you can get there in the control panel. From there you need to open the Internet options and then click on the privacy tab.

Next click on the advanced button and look at the picture on the link below to see what has to be checked. Then hit apply and close or OK.

If this doesn't work, go to the main tab and delete your cookies and try it again. Check the date, including the year, on your computer clock. Well ...I said it was silly didn't I? smile.gif But it's a quick thing to look at ...and it really can cause the problem. or What happens if you turn off any kind of cookie control in Firefox. Tick the 'Allow sites to set cookies' box and select the option to keep cookies 'until they expire'.

Does Yahoo now let you in if the password is typed? If you are setting cookies to expire when the browser is closed, then the cookie won't be there (or won't be current) to automatically log you into sites next time you go back. Maybe clear the cookies and start again with the'until they expire' option set and see how that goes. or try with other browser like opera thank you,
