I hv downloaded yahoo msngr version10but not able to receve calls

I m unable to receive call neither callothers voice call option itslf missing................plzhelp

There may be a problem with the yahoo messenger installation or it might not be installed properly...
first you uninstall the yahoo messenger from your pc completely...
then RESTART the computer...
then again install the yahoo messenger....you can redownload it from the website :

from the above link download it and then install...
these are usually installation problems...
it will surely help...try it...

For yahoo msngr 10, sign in to ur account, open the person's conversation u want to im.on the top left side u can see voice call. click it and ur if the other person acceptts ur call, then ur call will b connected and u will b able to talk like on telephone.same is the procedure for msn msngr,Hope this helped u.If yes, kindly rate me with a thumbs-up below.

You need to subscribe for yahoo voice. yahoo voice is the system for calling yahoo messenger to phone worldwide. Untill you subscribe for yahoo voice you only can able to call yahoo customer care toll free number and pc 2 pc /yahoo 2 yahoo .Hope you got your answer.

You have to download Yahoo messenger with voice in order to make calls from PC to PC calls, The version you have might be Yahoo messenger without voice so you were not able to make calls, you can download the Voice version in the following link

plz note that the sign problms are common these days, lots f yahoo users counter the error codes. better switch back to old version of yahoo or try to use IM messenger or Live messenger they have interconnection  with yahoo.
