Dana on the PC that can connect to internet open the start menu and see if there is netwirk button to klick on. If so click it and see if it shows your Belkin Router icon if it does right click the icon and you should see a option to go to the router web page witch should look something like this.

Find the security section on left side and go there. Should look something like second pic below. You will see the security key no in the password slot.
You can also get to the routers web page by typing its ip adress in the internet browser if you know your PC's ip adress (example 220.127.116.11) the routers ip will be the same but use a 1 where the 9 is. Hope I helped you good luck.
You can find it in router configuration page. Connect your router to computer with ethernet cable then you can access it with following default link. http://192.168.1.1 or http://192.168.0.1 or http://192.168.15.1 or http://192.168.2.1 If you are not able to access it with above ip then check your computers ip address gateway ip is your router ip try with it. Then it ask for user name and password. Type user as "admin" and password as "admin" or "password" or blank. Then you can see configuration page of router. look on the bottom of your router there is an ip adress, go to it and enter the password located on the same sticker the ip adress is on. Once you access this page you are in the router's setting, go to security and select the settings you want.
reset your Router via pin whole at its back then set the config of TCP/4 and obtain Ip automaticaly and obtain DNS automaticaly... later set your settings according by 192.168.1.2 without changing IP and then turn off you router ... turn it on after 5 to 10 min .. thank you
Try to reset the router using a paper clip, then try to re-log in to the router with the IP address, If you are still unable to log in , try log as admin as the username and password as admin or admin on the username and password is password.
click on start click on run (if XP) or search (if vista) type "cmd" and hit enter u'll get a black window and in that type "ipconfig" and hit enter u'll get a list of numbers under "ethernet adapter local area connection" if its a wired connection or "wireless adapter local area connection" look for "deafault gateway" that's ur router's IP address, just type it in the address bar and bingo u'll be in ur router page.
For Router drivers is not required ,U can configure though the command prompt
I can tell some configuration try it,
the default ip adress of the router will the 192.168.1.1 OR 192.168.0.1
In your Lan card configure,
1. obtain Ip adress automitically
go to command prompt----type ---ipconfig---check the ip address which ip is getting---
go to internet explorer ----type the ip address in adress bar-----------login page will get---
login as, user name admin
password admin------configure your internetip adress & DNS ip address,save & check.............
