there are 2 electric motors in an evaporation system
one drives the fan and the other is a pump motor that sprays the water through the filter in front of the fan
It looks like a power signal so suspect that a motor is not getting power or is not working or the water supply is not connected
Since you stand to loose all the food I would call a service tech ASAP. But here are the most common reasons for the problem you have.
Cause 1 The Evaporator Coils are Frosted Over
The defrost heater assembly turns on a few times throughout the day to melt away any frost that may have accumulated on the evaporator coils. If the defrost heater assembly is defective, frost will continue to accumulate on the evaporator coils, and the coils will become plugged with frost. If the evaporator coils are frosted over, the airflow through the coils will be restricted, causing the refrigerator not to cool. Check the evaporator coils to determine if they are frosted over. If the evaporator coils are frosted over, test each component of the defrost system.
Cause 2 Evaporator Fan Motor
The evaporator fan motor draws cold air over the evaporator coils and circulates it throughout the freezer. If the evaporator fan is not working, the freezer or refrigerator will not cool adequately. To determine if the evaporator fan motor is defective, try turning the fan blade by hand. If the fan blade does not turn freely, replace the fan motor. Additionally, if the motor is unusually noisy, replace it. Finally, if the motor does not run at all, use a multimeter to test the motor windings for continuity. If the windings do not have continuity, replace the evaporator fan motor..
Cause 3 Damper Control Assembly
The air damper control opens and closes to let the proper amount of cold air into the refrigerator compartment. If the damper does not open properly, it won't let enough cold air into the refrigerator. Check the damper control to determine if it is broken or stuck closed.
The fan has a limit control wired in series that shuts the fan down until the coil temperature reaches 25*F. this prevents the fan from blowing warm around after defrost. There is also a switch which is placed for the door to close. Either one may be defective. Worst case is the freezer is not pulling down temperature wise.
check the damper vent door between the two compartments to make sure its open to let the cold air in from the freezer then make sure the evaporator fan is operating to help push air thru this door, sometimes these doors freeze shut or if its a motor driven vent door the motor could be bad too
You need to check the evaporator to see if it needs cleaning. You can check this by taking a dollar bill and see if it will hold it in place while running. Inadequate airflow will cause poor performance. Unfortunately ,this is something that would require removal from the window. You should use a coil cleaner made for evaporators from an a/c supply house. Another cause could be the condensor fan motor not running if it has a seperate fan.Hope this helps
Dear tomsandi,
Either the fan motor is burnt out or it is not getting the power supply, hence the fan is not working. Since there is no air passing through the evaporator the cooling is not taken off fron the coil so it freezes. The fan motor has to checked up.

Check and see if your evaporator fan motor is working in the freezer. Also, if your defrost system is not working and your evaporator coil is frosted up, you will not get any cold air to the refrigerator section. You should see alot of frost on the back wall of the freezer where the evaporator coil is located. If your evaporator fan motor is working and there is no frost build up on the coil, the air diffuser to the refrigerator section may be the problem. Put your hand in front of it when the evaporator fan motor is running and feel if any air is coming thru. There are a number of conditions that can cause your problem. This should get you started!
