Question about Finis Swi MP3 Player
Wow, that is a first I have heard of for the Swimp3. My experience would have be me believe that it is simply a defective unit. That doesn't happen often, but electronics do sometimes have a mind of their owh.

The firmware on your device may need updating. Please go to the FINIS website and upgrade your device with the newest firmware.
