I don't have the manual or the cd and I have replaced the batteries in both the keyboard and the mouse, but they will not work. when i go to control panel and look at mouse and keyboard settings, it says they are both installed and working properly. Any suggestions?

Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.
If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

Look on bottom of the keyboard, it should have a real small switch giving you the options of chanels. Try another setting then press the button on top of the transnmitter to have it look for it again on another chanel.
