you can try resetting your phone through codes. its the safe way to reset your phone. because when you reset your phone through software or hardware there are possibilities for data getting corrupted or lost. but there is no such possibilities when you reset through codes. thats y i prefer this method to reset my phone. i got the codes from this site Unlocking4free.com to reset my phone. try it
The only way to reset your phone is if you have not changed the original security code but if its just the unlock code you can do this go to you tube type in “forgot cell phone password” and watch the video it really works when you go in your phone it asks you for the unlock code which you don't know so push - on your phone which it will ask for the security code then you push as many 000000 that you can then hit ok and it should open your phone then change the pass code but it's going to ask for the old code which you push - and 000000 hit ok and put in a new password and it should work but only if you did not change the original security code.
