Trying to find a user manual to look at on line with bigger words then the paper one you get with the phone.the phone is a samsung B3310 slider. Hope you can help.

You will have to reset your mobile phone back to factory default settings.
BUT FIRST.......................Look up in your phone manual for the code for your phone.
If you have not got it then you will have to get it off the net via the samsung website under ..............................samsung gt-b3310 unlock codes or samsung gt-b3310 factory default settings, you will need to remove your battery and make a note of your serial number and any codes on the reverse of the phone then replace the battery again.
Do a Samsung b3310 Master Reset: CAUTION: A "master reset" changes the phone settings back to default. This process will erase all contacts, downloaded settings, and downloaded applications (ringtones, wallpapers, graphics, etc). This process cannot be undone. Enter *2767*3855# from the standby screen. (You may need to remove the SIM before it will allow you to type the code in)

Hey. Yes themes are installable on the Samsung B3310. If you go to a site like www.knowyourmobile.com/samsung/samsungb3310/b3310themes, you can download them onto a memory card and put the memory card back into your phone and click the theme file. When prompted click Use this Theme.
