Question about Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
I got a "file MSVCR71.dll" missing message. I created the configuration file in notebook as instructed and saved it in the c:\windows\\microsoft.net\framework\v1.0.3705 file.
How do I proceed? I have XP Home.
You have to save it in Windows\System32.
You may have to register it if you have more recent version.
