I need an Owners Manual for Intertherm M7RL 060A BW

Unfortunantly In order to download the manual you have to fill out that you are a student HVAC professional at NORDYNE University Log In Register
Once you are in you select north american products.
Then select intertherm and click search products.
The Search will come up.
Select HVAC, Leave Select product type set to optional and type in the box below that M7RL. Click Search products.
Click the first Item on the list M7RL 95.1% AFUE Gas Furnace.
This will give you it all!

Be advised. If you are not a HVAC professional. Installing the furnace is not recommended. In order to get parts you will need to have a Contractors license or EPA Certification to purchase from the supply chains like Johnstone supply (the best place to get any part). Please be careful and think about the dangers of carbon monoxide, gas explosions and improper electrical hookups if you are attempting to do the repair yourself.

Hope this helps you

I recently replaced my furance in my moblie home an now o have a Intertherm gas furance and i would like to have owners manual with it it did not come with one thank yoiu

Hi, most of the time, they tuck the manual in the heating section of the unit. Look around and you may find it. If you have then go with what Mike said to do.

We modular home in 2008 with a coleman furance model number DGAA090BDTB we have had nothing but trouble with the furance, the latest thing we found out the heat exchanger was cracking. We have had...

if the heater is a 2008 also then there should be a warranty still on the heat exchangers, i have installed modular units such as coleman ,intertherm, and nordyne common modular home units inthe past and at minimum the heat exchanger should have a manufacture warranty of at least 10 years on it... and up to 20 on the heat exchanger not exactly sure what the warranty is on this but can guarentee it should have at least a 10 year warranty...call manufacture with your model and serial number and they can give you warranty...then get a reputable company out to do the repairs...good luck to you that really stinks

I have a unit with a burnt transformer the original transformer has a red blue black on one side and a black with white stripes yellow and red on the other while the replacement has a green and red on one...

Hi, I have a suggestion here that might help. Contact the manufacturer to get an exact replacement sent to you. The manufacturer is Nordyne. Nordyne makes the same unit and private labels it for other companies, like Sears, Westinghouse, Intertherm, etc. Without out the correct color codes identifying the correct secondary (24Volt ) labeling of the wires the colors are meaningless. The colors of the original transformer wires are coded for the original Air Conditioning diagram that was packaged with it. The only standard coloring found on any transformer is for the primary side. i.e. 120 Volts 60 Hz Alternating Current. Those colors are Black for Hot and White for Neutral (or return).
If you get the transformer from Nordyne or a distributed for their products, Installing the new one will be very easy.
Here is the link to Nordyne

Hope this helps,
Best Regards,
Mark

My nordyne gas furnace has a terrible odor coming from it. It is not natural gas. It is really bad when the heat is coming through the heat vents and into my home, and it smells putrid and disgusting.

Perhaps a small animal, bird, etc, maybe has fallen into the burners or close by, this often happens you need to have a look for any ...Umm .. foreign matter, in or around your unit, and remove it. There is a product called "Nil-Odor" this removes and neutralise's bad smells.

I am installing a brand new nordyne furance I am not getting power to the 24v transformer the 240 wires going to the transformer are connected to the same leg. What leg is the wires suppose to be connected...

The have to be connected to both legs of the 240 volts, one wire on each leg. You have to have 240 volts going to the high voltage side of transformer.

Does the Nordyne gas heater have a pilot light 903046 G6RC080C-16B If so, its out, How do you re light it with out calling someone to come out and do it. I don't see Nordyne Listed on the Heater Drop down?

The easiest way to really know is to open up the unit and find the gas valve. If it has a round knob that has "On", "Off" and "Pilot" stamped on it , then yes it has a pilot. If it just has an "on" and "off" switch, then it it has electronic ignition and the glow bar may be burnt out. Hope this helps.

Furance Nordyne E!EB-015HA

If the transformer is you must have a low voltage short.
does your transformer have a trip switch that you can reset?
You could try to use a hair drier and dry out any water residu in the compartment. but my guess is you have a low voltage short.
