Question about HP LaserJet 3330 All-In-One Printer
It sounds like the destinations are not created, in order to be able to scan from the device you need to configure the scan destinations, and update the printer. you will have to configure the settings on the toolbox as well as the solution center. You should be able to scan from the computer, as long as the full software solution was installed. there is also a fix scan utility available for download on the hp.com website. Use the utility in case you cannot scan from the computer
