Yeah... i was also having this problem...... but atlast i repeated only one process. (i turn my mobile on and again turned it off)....i did this process several of times and atlast it started working................

This will usually be covered by the manufacturer warranty you should be able to take this into your service provider for a swap out if not contact the manuf. directly Cell Phone Manufacturers
