The screen says auto adjustment locked
Dear you press the menu button for 5 seconds then your auto adjust option will be released and you want to lock it again then press again menu button for 5 seconds then auto adjust option will again locked.

Samsung implements protection into their monitors, which allows to block all settings except brightness and contrast. This "Locked" mode turns on by pressing and holding 'Menu' button for 5 seconds, and turns off by pressing and holding 'Enter' button for 5 sec.

You will use thin flat blade screw driver to crack open the case, some will start at the bottom edge first, some will be from the top bezel, please see my SAMSUNG albums here:
What ever you do, be real careful not to separate the front bezel where the switch assembly is attached to by very small and delicate cable, you may damage it.
Here are the service manuals, try looking through them first.
