just google the name of the manufacturer of the product. If you find it see if there is a link to the different manuals, you will probalby need to know your model number. If there is not a link either find a phone number from the web site and call the company or see if you can email them and ask for a hard copy to be mailed to you. Most places these days do have their manuals online though. Good luck!

Yeah, the blades probably need to be replaced. The replacement blade assemblies for most models can be ordered directly from Oster - their phone # is 1-800-334-0759 - you have to go through an elaborate menu tree to get to the right place.
Hi, cauliflour is not compact no water mix, I have suggestion , cut it 1/2" long make it fine put in blender mix w/small amount of water then start. shut off mix with wooden mixer and start again then okey.
