Hello i have a canon CLC 5100 and it giving me an 840-0001 error code can some one help me

    If is the External Heat Roller Drive Motor is Faulty what can I do ?
    (1) Can it be fix?
    (2) Can you tell me were to get it to buy
    (3) Can you give me the best step to take
    This machine do 90% of my production and right now it lock down my operation please see if you can help me.

from the external the HP sensor 1
(PS9003) after it has started the
external heat roller drive motor
(M9004


Probably you have faulty on the external heat roller drive
motor (M9004).
