Hello i have a canon CLC 5100 and it giving me an 840-0001 error code can some one help me

    If is the External Heat Roller Drive Motor is Faulty what can I do ?
    (1) Can it be fix?
    (2) Can you tell me were to get it to buy
    (3) Can you give me the best step to take
    This machine do 90% of my production and right now it lock down my operation please see if you can help me.

When the machine tries to more the
roller, there is no change in the signal
from the external the HP sensor 1
(PS9003) after it has started the
external heat roller drive motor
(M9004


Probably you have faulty on the external heat roller drive
motor (M9004).

Hello,

Error 5100 points to a "carriage jam" .The carriage is the assembly that contains the printhead and cartridges.

This is an issue with the oil supply unit if the motor is working ok check the unit for any broken parts like gears

Go to Service mode (Function _ Install _ 2nd Screen i.e. 2/4 make img reg 0 Restart machine Again Go to intall press init c aftrer complition press sinitc aftre getting it ready again make img reg to "1"

try a clear server on the Fiery. shut down/re-start

**Warning if u need your job log saved do so before clearing Fiery server.

Clc 1150 error 350


Normally only the canon service center will tel you what the error codes means. Suggest you call them .
