Here's an article on How to Clean the Print Cartridge Nozzles and Contacts Manually. Just click on this link: http://bit.ly/bMkYZo. Follow the instructions. If this doesn't help, it's probably time to replace the cartridge. I hope I can assist you more on this.

It sounds as if you have a clog inside the "Power Nozzel". They mention that there are "no user serviceable parts within the Majestic® Power Nozzle" My advice would be to see if you can see a clog with in reachable distance and try to remove the clog. One way to check for a clog which may work for you is to remove the attachment and shine a flashlight on one of of the attachment and look through the other side and see if you see light, if no light, most likely a clog. Past that you might void the warrenty if you try and open it up the Power Nozzel itself. You may want to ask a Phone service rep about clog removal.

AWW - the wiper fluid doesn't squirt out onto the windshield, it just sort of leaks onto the hood :((

are both nozzels doing this? if so open the hood, find the hose that goes to the nozzels and disconnect before the nozzels. if it squirts out good there then mabey the nozzels are clogged. to unclogg try breaking a hair off of a wire brush and using it to rod out the orafice in the nozzel

Error message: remove and check cartridge on

If it's a new cartridge one of two possible problems has occured. 1.) The cartidge is not seated fully in the cartridge tray, or 2. when you removed the protective strip from the cartridge a small piece tore off and is stuck to the cartridge. This is a frequent problem. Uder good lighting check for any small stips of clear tape arounf the cartidge nozzels.
In addition, make certain cartifge is fully inserted in tray and locking mechanism is secure.
It sounds surpisingly simple, but I doubt anyone can say it hasn't happened to them at least once.
If it's an old carteidge the nozzel may be clogged. Remove the cartridge an either clean the nozzells with a moist Q-TIP, or dip the entire nozzel section in warm water for a few seconds. Put cartridge back in printer and print a test page. If you cleaned the nozzel with water you may finf you test page smeared with some water, but this will clear up.

Ink cartriges are full but no text printing on paper

It may be that some ink has dryed on the cartridge nozzel and is clogging the ink flow. take the cartridge out and useing a q-tip, dampened with warm water, gently wip any excess ink off the cartridge output nozzel.

The printer "goes through the motions", i.e. the cartridges run back and forth and the page goes through but there is no printing.

check the ink nozzels it may got ink clogging.
use distel water and one serenze, take out ink tanks and inject the distel water by force, it may open ink nozzels.
then put back ink tanks and from driver do ink charging it will take 1-2 mins then use ur printer normally

My HP Photosmart c6150 keeps shutting it's self off and then on. Then there was a message that said pump failed

Check the INK nozzels to see if they are clogged, Use a q-tip /or several to remove the ink in the nozzels, then check the ink jets where the ink makes contact with the paper, and clear them, if the printer hasnt been used in a while the nozzel could be clogged , with dry ink , not allowing the ink to flow. and causing the Pump fail to come on.

Windshield washer not working properly

If you have used ANYTHING beside windshield solvent in you reservor, you may have created WAXING from soap in the bottom of washer tank, which clogs pump, lines, and nozzel....take the tank out and wash it..disconnect washer hoses at nozzel and clear with compressed air along with the nozzel...if you use solvent only you may have a worn washer pump or restriction...check those and good luck.....

Tops of letters are cut off when printing.

This is usually caused by clogged or burned out printhead nozzels. You can try putting the unit through a couple cleaning cycles. If that does not help, then replace the cartridge with a new HP BRAND cartridge. Do not trust refilled or compatible cartridges in this case. The heating elements in the individual nozzels can burn out causing your type of problem. Let me know one way or the other Ed
