Restriction is nothing but the unlocking for your mobile,
unlocking means in your phone just removes the SIM card restriction on your phone so that you can use any other network's SIM card.
To get the restriction code for your Nokia model mobile, just visit this site Wickedunlock.com, in this site just give your IMEI number , country & network lock after that within a short period you can get the restriction code for your nokia mobile............

When i put my new sim my phone wanna restriction code my phone is 6085 imei: 358630/01/954313/3 my phone code : 0539167

If the Phone asks for restriction code means it locked to Particular Network, the restriction code definition detail below:

Each phone that you buy from a store or a show room is SIM LOCKED. Meaning that it will only work with the carrier that you purchased the phone from and their service. The chip you are describing is called a SIM CARD this card is only programed to work with that specific phone from that specific carrier. You will have to get a phone that is UNLOCKED or UNLOCK the phone that you have and want to use with other SIM CARDS.

Find out in which country Network,Country it locked now?,get the Network Restriction code from here Theunlockarena and Unlock it then use in any GSM Network Sim card...
