Try and restore the PC to an earlier restore point. open control panel> restore /back and choose the best point- date of installation.
If there is no result then there can be hardware issues, dry wipe the mouse touch pads.
If not use an external mouse - usb type- or a wireless type is the best option.
You need to reinstall your Web cam's drivers. If you have the drivers on a cd, reinstall them, if you dont have them, visit Acer's website, www.acer.com and go to the "Drivers and Support" page, enter your laptop model and the operating system you are using, then download the web cam drivers (Acer Crystal Eye) and install. That should solve your problem.
Once you delete the recovery partition there isn't any way to get it back. Depending on the model they might have sent you a recovery disk - that should reset the system.
Yes, there is a button right at the top with a picture of a hand. Sort of a pointing finger action. That will enable and disable touchpad. It is near the power button I believe
On Acer 5732Z there is a button that disables the touch pad next to the power button [on the left]. The icon is a rectangle with a hand pointing on it.
press the button to toggle the touch pad on and off.
