How do I change the channel?

The owners manual should tell you how to do that. If you don't have the manual, search online for the type and model of phone you have. There should be a way to get the manual mailed to you or download it online.

Panasonic KX-TG2631al 2.4GHz cordless phone is getting interference from crossed lines from another phone and wont receive or make calls

No you need to purchase a device that operates on a different frequency-most hose phone do not change frequencies beside the Bluetooth ones, and it seems your is not. I suggest a 5.8ghz and a store that has a flexible return policy, RadioShack has a decent selection of phones around 50$ give of take, you could also go for a Bluetooth setup--Good Luck.

Can you operate two base stations in parallel on a single line?

Yes, although if they are the same frequency there will most likely be interference. If you can change the channel(s) and/or operating frequencies you could try that.

My phones don't work they all say

Unusual problem on a new phone. Could possibly be radio frequency interference close by.

Some cordless phones operate on the same frequencies as in-home wireless networks. I believe this is the 2.8 megahertz frequency. The phones and the wireless networks can interfere with each other.

Most newer cordless phones are higher frequency (5.8 megahertz?). Wireless networks shouldn't interfere with those phones, but there could be other things that could (e.g., transformers on power poles).

If the phones are new, you might consider taking them back and getting another model.

KX-TG2632 causing static to my baby monitor.

Baby monitors apparently are all on 2.4GHz frequency range. Phones have to be either beneath ie 1.8GHz or above eg 5.4GHz and no interference will occur. So simply had to change the phone because its frequency range was 2.4GHz.

Uniden DXA 1388-2 Cordless Phone

Couple different ways -
1- get a recording device from Radio Shack that plugs into the handset to record calls and playback to record.
2. If you have a computer record it through your windows operating system
3. use your cell phone and record it

Then you can download it as a recorded file into anything you desire.
