Question about ZT Group Cisnet T2060 Notebook Computer

I did a Systems Restore about a week ago because my webcam wasn't working and afterwards it did. Now its not working again and I want to know if there is anything else I can do rather than a systems restore. Is there anyway I can check the webcam and see if it says its malfunctioning. Skype nor Yahoo will recognize it. I would register and update the device but my Serial Number has been worn and I can read all of the numbers. Help?

My computer stopped recognizing my built-in webcam suddenly today. What happened and what should I do? I just got my computer 2 weeks ago. This should not be happening.

Find the model number for your computer and search the companies website for driver downloads. Find the webcam driver and install it. The driver could have been corrupted.

There are no two ways to this than for you to run a system restore.

Restore the system to factory default settings and remember to select the backup option.

Good luck.

When I turn on my built in webcam, it works for a

probably this might cause by a conflicting windows update. i would suggest try to do a system restore first, restore it to the time when the webcam was working fine. after system restore if it works then i want you to disable the windows update from control panel. if this fails then proceed to uninstalling and resintalling the webcam driver.

LinkedIn tanks at log in w/ Windows Vista, fine with prior operating systems

It sounds like you have connection issues.
For starter please consider disabling your firewall (under control panel) then try connecting.
If this doesn't work please try reseting internet explorer settings (under explorer-tools).
Check with tech support of linkedln to see if they require special internet explorer security settings and have them walk you through your settings to make sure nothing has changed.
Last but not least I'd try to go to system restore and restore to a point where you are sure evrything had worked like couple of weeks ago or even one month ago if possible.
(start-programs-accessories-system tools-system restore).
The system restore tool doesn't erase or change any data although if installed any program since that point you are going to have to reinstall it since system restore will restore all registry information to that specific point and disregard everything you did afterwards, therefor I'm going to have to tell you to use at your own risk.
Good luck.
Thank you for using agadycom.
