Question about GE Monogram ZISS420NRSS 42" Built-In Side-By-Side Refrigerator (ZIS-S420NRSS, ZIS S420NRSS)
I had this happen to mine too. Turned out to be the return spring which pulls the door closed and tight. So door is inadvertantly left ajar or doesn't seal properly. Unscrew the kick plate on the bottom and check to see if the spring broke on the fridge door. It should look just like freezer return spring (which I assume is still ok) Spring can be ordered ... or if only the hook coil came off the end you can rebend it with some difficulty. You need the fabric cover on the spring. Don't throw it away. It is a detent to stop any spring noise when the door is opened and closed. I found out the hard way.

Try turning the thermostat up a little,,but if the door is not a tight fit your letting all the cold air fall out the bottom
