I've lost my instructions to my kenwood je500 juicer. can anyone help.

Hi all!! I also had same problem, but found that under the juicer there was a 'quality control' sticker hiding a small **** in the plastic. this **** is in line with the motor shaft which also has a slot in it. use a small thin screwdriver to hold the shaft while turning the basket anti-clockwise and remove. easy as that, will post a video later when I have a little time to do so.
