You may have blown the internal fuse. Remove side cover, locate the circuit board and fuse, replace and reseal reinstall side cover.

Why wont stay charged..used 2 times

If the lead acid rechargeable battery hasn't been charged for a while (like over the winter) it can lose its "memory". Try leaving it plugged in and charging for two or three days - it might fix the problem.

Hi i have a colman hot water on demand but have lost the 240 volt charger.i was wondering what milliamps or amps it needs to puchase another one from a elec store.

Coleman Charger mine is a 240~volt ~50Hz 12V~600mA
my other is a 240v ~5oHz 12V~1mA battery should only be( 6V4.5Ah)
with a 1mA hour change should only be 4 hours to charge as its a fast charger.

Water pump and ignitor do not work

took coleman away for weekend wouldn't work. Very dissapointed, was cold would have loved a hot shower. Had charged battery, when I went to start it. It wouldn't go, light come up as battery low tried it on car charger still no luck. Got home and looked up this site told me to try taking filter off pump and putting a long nail inside to turn pump to make sure it wasn't seized. And guess what every thing works well thank god, water temp was dodgy as well but now all good. Thanks to people that do reply to these sites, it has saved me a lot of money and frustration.

Unit was used about 5 weeks ago running fine went to use the other day and no go the batterry is still full strength pump doesnt run nothing works i put a new pump in about 4 months ago

Blown fuse on circuit board. Take one side off, find the board. Fuse is water tight sealed. Remove the seal and replace fuse. This seems to be a rather common problem, but coleman doesn't give any help on it. There are only aprox 7 screws that hold the case together. One little one in under the decal on the front just blow the knob. THERE IS NO NEED TO TAKE THE KNOB OFF.

We done' use our coleman hot water on demand

I had a similar problem and was able to unscrew the screen at the end of the intake hose and manually move the pump propellor with a long nail which loosened it and it works fine now. I think it had seized with calcium deposit even though I had cleaned it as instructed.
