OK. This fixed my A120LE from leaking. First unplug the machine for safety. If you are looking at the back of the unit you need to take off the right side panel. I took off the all the panels but you could just take off the right side.

There is a reservoir on the top that collects condensation from the top coil. (shown in the circle) The drain hole on mine was clogged. If you stick a small screwdriver or paperclip in the hole to push the debris through it should start working properly again. I did this to mine yesterday and it hasn't leaked since!! Drain hole is shown here in close up picture. Unclogging this will allow the condensation to flow down to the main reservoir on the bottom where it will be evaporated in the AC exhaust.

Good luck!

DeLonghi PACN130HPE Pinguino N Series 13000 BTU 115-Volt Air-to-Air Portable Air Conditioner with Heat Pump. It beeps then shuts off and buzzes while plugged in with no displays on-screen

Question edited for clarity, full 'make model (what it is)'.
Question moved to correct category.

You have done everything you can do. Take it to a DeLonghi service centre or to a refrigeration engineer. The buzzing is likely the compressor and needs a new start / run capacitor.

What is the meaning of all three lights blinking

That means you need to drain the tank. The manual tells you how to do that.

Delonghi PAC a120e ,why is it leaking and also is ther a filter

Don't know if this is the type issue you are having. I had my unit leak all over the place last year and found there was ice buildup on the inside of the unit. You would have to remove the cover completely in order to check this out. Also make sure the drain is clear.

Water

This ac unit will have to be taken apart and clean out the drain holes in the bottom of the case.Use a water hose to clean and wash it out, also remove any large objects by hand,of course you will have to remove the unit from the window to do this.

My PAC C110 air conditioner leaks a lot of water why?

Water leaking due to:
1. Non insulation of copper pipe lines.(Insulate with insulation material) 2. Dust blocked in drain pan. (Clean it) 3. Cooling coil and air filter blocked. (Clean it)4. Airlock in your drain line. (**** air from your drain line)

Blinking ft what do i do?

According to the manual, blinking Ft and some people think it is blinking FE, Means the internal tank is full. Empty through the drain hoses. Open the cover on the rear of the AC (it is located near the bottom of the unit) Pull out the two drain hoses, remove the caps and let the water flow out. Put caps back on and place hoses back inside.

My unit leaks

actually nothing major, you have to tilt your ac so the back is lower than the front,if you have it tilted already then you have to check the drain in back of the ac to make sure its not blocked, also make sure the filter is clean
