on the tool bar at the top of e-mail page , you will see an accounts tab
click on that then click on the properties tab
click each tab and check that every send and receive address is correct and all other information is correct
next check the receivers address as any space , mark or anything out of text will stop it from going

Going to the address bar in the top of Safari and typing in a website or something to be Google'd with get rid of that page.

If you want to change it so that it doesn't show every time you open Safari, you can do so in Preferences in the General tab. Change your "new window/new tab opens with..." settings to whatever else you'd like.

Just log her out using the 'account' link at the top right of the page, and log yourself in. Since the computer saves the cookies (or session) from when your granddaughter logged in, it is automatically using her profile.

Hi,

To access your Facebook account on another Facebook user's computer, you will first have to log out of that person's Facebook account.

To logout of the first account, kindly click the "Account" tab at the top-right of the Facebook page and select "Logout" from the drop-down menu. (See attached image)



After successfully logging out of the first account, kindly enter your login email and password in the box provided on Facebook login page to open your Facebook page.
