There's a flashing green and red light when my car is on and the sub attached to the amp is making a heartbeat like noise when the light goes green and then the light goes red right away. everything is...

Check the wires for short circuiting at the car body or speaker wires. Triple check really everything.
Make sure the connectors are 100% connected to the wires. There maybe some resitance if the amp isn't getting enough power from the battery.

I can not get the noise out of the radio always get that humming sound from the engine like a bad ground

its called motor noise and it is directly caused by the alternator inductively coupling to the audio cables in your car. you need to run the power for the amplifiers away from each other. never run power and audio in parallel to one another make sure any crossings of the cables are at 90 degrees like this ----> +
You could also check your grounds and or add a filter to the system.

Where can i get the hi-input plug jensen 600w amplifier? amplifier made by audio-vox, model jpa460, 10 prong socket

You will have to call Jensen. They normally don't come with amps anymore as most users prefer the RCA input for better clarity and sound quality.

My sub is making a humming sound

Hey austinpippen,
The noise you are experiencing is due to your rca plug shorting out causing a loop, in outher words, bad earth.
Try getting a noise filter, you take your rca plug and plug it into the noise filter, then wire it to the amp!
you can try a ground loop isolator or relocating your ground [earth].
I hope this helps you out.
Fingers crossed.

Jensen xa2150 amplifier

Check and see if its dirty inside, dust and smoke are known to cause problems via shorting or not making contact... sometimes your fuses are a bit over the wall so it would be best to replace them... and check if you have a fuse between your battery and the power cable to avoid over powering the amp

Help

No. The amplifier gets its signal from the RCAs connected to the "input" jacks, but the "output" jacks are just there to make it easier to add another amplifier. You only need to connect the inputs for the amp to work.

Jensen Amplifier..4 x 50WRMS at 4 Ohms

This sounds like you need a ceramic noise suppression filter/ferrule on the Power line to the amp. You should be able to get a suitable one from most car audio shops. Hope this helps, please post again if you have trouble getting one :)
