Question about HP LaserJet 3052 All-In-One Printer
When I try to scan, an error message - "scan error - Can not connect' appears. Any scanning is then aborted. I have downloaded the lastest drivers and software. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
If you are
scanning from your pc and seeing this error message it could mean that
your scan drivers are disassociated. If you have multiple multi
function printers or scanners that could be causing the problem as it
creates a conflict with the software
framework. I would recommend uninstalling the software as well as any
other multifunction and reinstalling the software as well as the
additional product software.
If you are scanning from the printer it may not be set up and you would have to set up scan destinations.
