Question about Frigidaire Washing Machines

If there is no power at all to the washer then the first thing is to check if a fuse is blown or a circuit breaker tripped, you can try to unplug it and plug it back after 3-4 minutes and see if that helps. If all this seem to be fine then it means that the Lid Switch is defective. The switch is inside the washing machine main housing near the door frame. Often you have to raise or open the top or front of the washer to get to the switch. If it's defective, you need to replace it.
