Dont rate this answer. I need to know what happens when they try to log on. I need to know what the network is setup like. Is there one computer or more? Can they access the internets other pages? IS this a company network? What is operating system on the computers?

If I consider your fan page account as facebook fan page, will I be wrong? I don't wanna let you frustrate and annoyed by giving wrong and not related solutions, so I would like to request you to please let me know which Website's fan page or accounts you mean, so that I can help you better. Also please let me know the exact problem, whether verification problem, password problem, username problem, email address problem, etc...
