Can I use TOKINA lens 28mm-210 lens with this Nikon body or can I use with other NIKON body D 700?

Tokina makes their lenses with a variety of mounts. A lens with Canon mount, for example, won't fit onto a Nikon. Assuming you get the lens with a Nikon mount, then yes, you can use it with a D70 and with a D700.

My nikon d70 keeps saying (CHA) and will not let me take photos and deleted the ones I did have this is my third card please help

Sccording to my D70 manual:
"CHA"= this card cannot be used. try Nikon approved card,, Try reformatting card in camera, not PC, clean card contacts in camera using camel hair brush and blower.

You might also use a small pen and press the hardware rest buttin in bottom of camera (page 200 in manual)

Hi My Nikon D70 only now produces black photos. On speaking to Nikon suppor they state that this requires a replacement CCD however is this a known D70 fault and thus should be fixed for free? or is...

This is a 2004 camera model. Even if it was a known problem, Nikon would have fixed them out of warranty for free for only a limited period of time. You've gone way past that time. If you still want it fixed, get an estimate from Nikon and search the internet for other service centers that repair Nikons and get their estimates too. Then, make your decision.

D70 photos not sharp - no matter which lens I use.

D70 produces lovely crisp images as long as the lens is pretty good.  This sounds like a camera body that needs a service.,,

Nikon D70 with brand new Sandik ultra11 2gb flash card error CHR

Go to the Nikon site and upgrade the firmware on your D70 to version 2.0.

Before doing that, try turning the camera off, wait a min, then back on. That sometimes clears the error. The D70 is having trouble reading the card(s) you're putting in. The upgrade fixes that.

R05 problem using d70, camera will not take a photo in autofocus

It is actually an error message generated by your compact flash and means that the card is no longer readable. A lot of D70 owners have reported this error without being able to find another solution other than reinserting the card or changing the card to a different brand. You could also try cleaning out the memory card slot and check to see that all pins are aligned and not bent.
Good Luck,
Jeff

Nikon d70

Check the depth of field preview with the lens on and the camera on. If the aperture does not react, it may be a problem with the lens rather than the camera. Check the camera with another lens if you have one.

Photos coming out with too much yellow

You're shooting under incandescent light, and the camera doesn't manage to set the white balance entirely automatically. You can try to explicitly set the white balance to incandescent, or you may be able to create a custom white balance (I'm not sure whether Nikon bodies offer that feature), or you can adjust the white balance during processing (in which case it's better to shoot raw).
