Will not power up. Power light flashing green

Have a Sharp LC-32SB24U that I bought 13 months ago. Will not power up. Power light flashing green. If I hold the power botton and reset the light to off then try and turn it on again. It appears to start to power up but then reverts to flashing green again.

You may have dying power supply which you will have to do some checking, look for DC filter caps with leaking/bulging top, brown burt spots on the board, etc.
If you are going to DIY and have proper tools, electronics knowledge, and know safety precaution then please read on:

Its almost always caused by bad capacitors on the power board. You can get a repair kit or the replacement power supply board from www.tvrepairworld.com

Tv won't turn on green light blinks

First check the power supply for incorrect voltages, and bad capacitors in an around the output side of the power supply. You may have swollen caps inthe power supply area that needs replacing.

Power light blinking green,nopicture lc-32sb24u lc-37sb24u

This same thing happened to me, but not until I fiddled with all of my remotes, trying to see if it was an input issue, battery issue, etc. I finally unplugged the tv from the wall and plugged it back in. Nothing. Then I went to take 5 minute ****. When I finished, the Power & OPC lights were blinking, and out of sync. I pressed the power button at the top of my TV and got a picture.

Word.
