Question about Computers & Internet

Try very gently flexing the lid, does this help/change the screen.
The ribbon cable from your screen to the motherboard may be loose and you will need to push it in properly.
Check your support page for a manual on your laptop.
Usually there will be some rubber bungs over the screws needed to take the front of the bezel around your screen off.
you may be able to see where the ribbon cable ataches to the motherboard.
