I have a model 900w gateway monitor and it is supposed to scroll up and down (the whole screen. even the main desktop screen) but it dosn't anymore!! how can I fix it???? o_o

The most likely thing is you have pressed the scroll lock button. keyboard right hand side, press it again and it will clear the problem.
If this doe snot work you may have turned on sticky keys, easiest solution is to restart the computer.

Waves when scrolling the internet

This problem of waves when scrolling the internet has a very simple solution. You are having this problem of display because you do not have the correct VGA (vodeo graphics adapter) driver installed on your PC for your VGA card. All you need to do install this driver and it will stop.

This is how. You have two approaches:-
1. Install the vga driver from the system board CD if you have it.
2. Go to start, right click on My Computer, select properties, click on the hardware tab, select device manager. Wait for the Device Manager to appear. Right click on display among the list of devices and click on "update driver." This secon procedure requires internet connnection.

Computer Picture "rolls"

Hi there Steve.
It sounds very much like the graphics drivers are not installed or are disabled, right click on computer.my computer and select manage from the sub menu, a new window will pop up, from that window select device manager and look down the list for display adapters, click on the + sign next to display adapters and expand the tree.
Have a look there and post back what it says.
