When strange things occur like this, I suspect Malware or Spyware is on your system.
I would suggest downloading, updating, installing and running Malwarebytes.com. If still a problem use Spybot.com Download from another computer if necessary.
If the problem persists, then go to System Restore and choose a date when your system worked OK. Note: with System Restore, everything, including your documents and other files you saved on the hard drive, will roll back to that date.
