Did you check fuel tank and feed line to carburetor for dirt/obstructions?
Screen inside tank at fuel line connection may be plugged. Pull feed line off at carburetor and see what kind of flow your getting from the tank. I will assume you checked fuel inlet port of carb when you had it off to clean.
