Question about Samsung RS2578BB Side by Side Refrigerator
You are not alone. I have just typed the answer to at least 9 others with the same proble. It could be ice on the fan unit. Clear out the fridge. Remove the shelves and that leaves the units at the rear. Remove the light difuser. 2 screws and then the electric connections. Remove same. The lower unit has 4 screws two under covers that are east to pull away. again pull unit away breaking the ice seal. Electric connections again to remove. Ps. they fit only one way when replacing. Defrost the fridge and the fan unit with a hairdryer or similar. Clear away some of the insulation from the fan drain and put it back together. Good luck. Paul.
