The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Microsoft Help and Support says that "Code 28 (The
drivers for this device are not installed)" appears when the Windows Sound
System Compatible Driver for the Windows 2000 operating system is deleted upon
the upgrade to Windows XP. It's possible to repair this code.
Instructions
1 Click on "Start."
2 On the "Start" menu, click on "Control
Panel."
3 In the "Control Panel" folder, click on
"Performance and Maintenance."
4 Click on the "System" folder in the
"Performance and Maintenance" folder.
5 Click on the tab titled "Hardware."
6 Click on the box that says "Device Manager."
7 Click on "Sound, Video, and Game Controllers."
8 Right-click on the device that prompts Windows XP to
display Code 28 (it should be Windows Sound System Compatible Driver, also
called the WDM driver). A drop-down menu will appear.
9 Click on "Update" and an Update Wizard will guide you through the installation of a new device driver, which should stop Code 28 from appearing on Windows XP.
