Is there a way to reroute the drain water on the top of my Pop up camper? Water pools on top and then drains off on top of the canvas over the bed to the rear of the camper.

Yes, just get a flexible plastic tube of appropriate size and diameter and reroute the water flow as if you were doing it for a dehumidifier.

If this is not possible, one could put a tarp on top of the camper when it is popped up, and wrinkle the tarp in a way that the water flows to another end of the camper.

Hope this helps.

Hello,

the level of the water will to be determined on who to drain the water
what you will have to do to drain out the water problem is to reset the position of the pop (i.e you will have to strait it for the water to flow down)or will have to get your self a form to sock the water to drain out the water gradually .
please make sure that the power supply connected to the system is disconnected before doing this assignment

thank you and thank for using fixya.

Sorry I wasn't clear. The water is coming from the air conditioner drain. It drains on top of the camper. I want to use a drain tube of some sort to reroute the water down the side.

    hello,

what i mean is that you will have to reset the position of the air condition for the water to flow out through or you should get your self a hose or a pipe connect it to the camper or construct a drainage for the water connected to the camper for the water to flow through

    thank you.

Coleman Mach 48000 series roof top A/C in my camper & recently it's been dripping heavily inside the camper. We looked at the top & inside for a clogged line & can't find anything, suggestions?

I had the same problem but it wasn't a clogged drain line, it was the gasket between the roof of the camper and the AC unit. The gasket had shrunk and pulled apart allowing rain water in. To make sure you don't have a clogged drain line when using the AC do you notice water dripping off the camper anywhere besides inside? You should have some drips somewhere on the outside.

I want to replace canvas on jayco camper

take the camper to a jayco service center and get the correct replacement items for that camper
then it is a matter of removing all the fitting strips to allow removal of the old canvas and the fitment of the new items
a clue her is to when the new canvas id fitted is to leave the camper opened up and to wet the new canvas with silicon fluid and allow it to dry put before folding it away
why , it stops water coming through the canvas when touched in the rain and prevents mould if folded away when wet

How do you drain pool?

Best way & the most recommended is to use an auxiliary Submersible pump. If you don't have one, a rental yard, or even Home Depot / Lowes or a DIY Center in your area has one.

NOTE **** - Very Important - Do NOT drain all the way to the deep end. Drain in 3 parts. Place pump into shallow area about 1 foot lower than the shallow floor. Then drill a hole all the way to the earth below. Then move pump half way down and restart draining process. When water is exposed half way down, drill another hole. Then move the pump to the bottom of the pool shell. When empty, drill a 3rd hole. WHY, you may ask?
Take a look at this:

Because of Hydrostatic water pressure in the ground (Possible High water table) at the pressure will pop your pool right out of the ground.

CAUTION !!! WARNING !!! some pools are next to the water table and will POP out of the ground. no joke and not cool.THEY FLOAT LIKE A BOAT most pools have a plug in the main drain and will need a pump placed on it to pull the water from around the pool out of the ground for SAFE POOL REPAIRS !..any lakes around you ? this can help you judge your water table in your area.. THAT being said if you know your high and dry .. suck away..

Where is the drain?

There are grooves on both sides of ac unit on a camper and it drains down the roof to a little gutter that travels the water towards end of camper and drains. Most of the time down the side of camper, but if these Grove are stopped up it will not allow it to drain and cause it to overflow inside camper. If filter is very stopped up or evaporator coil is stopped up, fan not running, low on refrigerant, or having the thermostat set way to low can cause it to freeze up and when this water thaws out it is too much for the drain to handle and also ice could be sticking being the drain pan melting causing it to go in your camper. I would check filter and those drain grooves first.

I have a jayco pop up camper with a Duo-Therm BriskAir roof top a/c. im having problem with it leaking water inside of the camper? Is there a drain hose? Or wat do u think is wrong? Thanks

Yes there are drain holes in base of upper unit (on roof), which may be plugged. Couple of questions though to see if we can better troubleshoot this for you.
-Do you remember seeing water (condensation) running off roof before when AC was used?
-Have you cleaned filter inside at ceiling lately?

How to winterize pop up camper 2007 fleetwood pop up it . this site won't let go any where except this car site so if you know how to winterize a pop up camper let me know

Any place that sells campers can advise you. I would disconnect the water supply line underneath the camper and open all faucets. This will drain the lines. Pour some antifreeze especially designed for this purpose in the toilet and in all sinks. Don't forget to flush the toilet and pour a little in the tank after you turn the water off. This will prevent the traps from freezing.

My dometic RV rooftop air conditioner is leaking on the inside of the camper even after I cleaned the water condensation drain on top of the roof. What could be causing this? The fan is blowing the water...

Remove all covers and look down with them removed and see if the coil drain pan has a stopped up exit where the water drains out and into the rear of the AC unit.

If the unit is off level it could cause a draining problem too.

Water in refridgerator interior

sounds to me that your drain line in the back of the refrigerator is clogged up. Take a wire and around 2 gallons of hot water and clear it real good.
