Upgrade to Internet Explorer 8 and then try installing again. You can install the newer version by running windows update (browsing to update.microsoft.com with Internet Explorer). It may be an optional update, so be sure to do a "Custom" update and manually select the Internet Explorer 8 Install.

I have a webcam but i don't have a cd installer, my webcam specification was LOGITECH M/N:V-UBM46, PID;LZ906BP, P/N 860--000109.. i do hope you can help me thanks....

The P/N will let you find the camera software for the 860-000109 here: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/article/3428?product=a0qi00000069v1bAAA . This part number is for the QuickCam Pro 9000 or the WebCam Pro 9000. Based on the model number, V-UBM46, you have the QuickCam Pro 9000. Scroll down to find the correct software for the operating system on your computer. The QuickCam Pro 9000 can be used with the LWS (Logitech Webcam Software) versions 1.1, 2.31, 2.51 and 2.80. LWS 2.51 and LWS 2.80 do not support the Video Effects. LWS 2.80 works with Windows 8 and 10 and the direct link to the program installer is http://www.logitech.com/pub/video/lws/lws280.exe . Links to all versions of LWS are at the bottom of the second chart. Additional information and FAQs are available here: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/quickcam-pro-9000 .

I hope this helps.

I have a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000. I also have an install CD for Windows XP. My old old computer died. My new computer has Windows 7. I can not download the software to activate my Pro 9000. What do I...

Hello!
First uninstall any WebCam software that you have. To do this unplug your camera from the USB, go to Control Panel > Programs and Feature. Next, download the full installer (select from the drop down list) for your camera and install it. The setup will guide you trough the process and eventually will ask you to plug the camera back in.
Good luck

How long you've been using this? you may have a loosed cable connection going to your device, try to clean the USB ports where your device was plug, if still it will not work may be the cable itself has some areas that where cut-off. If that is the case it time to replce your device.

It is possible your webcam is either disabled or the driver is corrupted. Try reloading the webcam software driver, reboot, and then try the free webcam test tool to check if it is working properly.

Problem with 9000 software

OK look for the main .exe file it may be named setup.exe or install.exe or the like, and double click on it, and it will "Run" simply follow instructions after that generally say "Yes" to all questions make sure you read each one. This will end and your software will be installed and a shortcut placed in START Menu.
