Well since you haven't posted the make and model in the four other non discriptive threads you've opened, try contacting the manufacturer their phone number may be on the unit or in the manual or they may have a web sight in which you can order directly.

Best Buy sells a couple different types of "Universal" batteries in their stores. They are by no means the exact same as the one you have connected now, but they will subside as a battery. If you were looking to get the exact same one that you have on the player now, you would have to contact the manufacture and order it directly from them. The ones that I am referring to from Best Buy have a variety of "plugs" in the package with the battery and you simply charge up the battery with the supplied charger and then pick out the "plug" that fits your particular unit and plug it into the charging slot on your portable DVD player.

Battery won't hold a charge


Replace the battery. They have a limited lifetime and it is obvious yours has reached that point.
