You mean "protected," right?

SD and SDHC cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card. If the switch is already in the proper position, slide it fully the other way and then back again.

How do I get all the bubbles out after applying my screen protector

Use a hard edge like your drivers license or credit card. Work them slowly to the edges.
Next time use an alcohol wiper on the screen just before you apply the protector. This will help with removal of the bubbles.

How to apply screen protector?

The screen should be cleaned thoroughly with an alcohol pad leaving no lint/dust. Then peel the back of protection screen off halfway, line up the peeled part on screen to your liking then use a credit card to push towards the end you haven't peeled yet while pulling the remaining backing and pushing the credit card from middle to edges.

How do you install the screen protector, have the protector and card to get rid of bubbles but no instructions

You clean the screen first with toilet paper and water, then you dry the screen from the water and you make sure that there is nothing on it.
You take the screen protector out and you place slowly the first two corners. Then you take the card and stick it right to the end of the other two corners of the screen.

My s1922a has lines running through it

No surge protector? May be the monitor, try another. Bad Graphics , replace graphics card. You may want to invest in a Battery bachup/surge protector, it's no guarantee, but it may help.

Presario SR1303wm power blinking when turn on.

My best guess is that the card somehow got a surge.
Consider yourself lucky that only this card took the hit.
Since you have a surge protector, let me ask you this. Was the surge protector connected to a power socket which is earthed?

they generally come with a guaranteed protection, and as long as the surge protector is connected to a earthed socket, the manufacturer of the surge protector should be contacted and will generally reimburse or replace your product up to a predetermined maximum value.

If not, depending on the graphics card and the manufacturer's (in this case, PNY) warranty, you might be able to have it RMA'd.
Then again, in all honesty, PNY isn't the best when it comes to providing RMA service... So I wish you good luck, and I hope my answer has helped you :)

Montor is not responding to computer. Can the video card be replaced?

Whoa! Wait a minute here.

Let's not get hasty, and blame the graphics card.

Think of all the years of service..........

the long cold nights..........

graphics beyond compare, and......................

"Will Donna ever find true love?"

What? !O_O!

Oh yeah, where was I.........

You know the monitor cable, and monitor are good, because you are seeing No Signal, or going into Sleep Mode.
The next logical thing IS to suspect the graphics card.

The actual first thing to check is the Power.

A) Surge Protector:
Check to see that THE receptacle in the surge protector, that the computer is plugged into, (Or was), is good.
I have had a FEW surge protectors where just THAT receptacle, was bad.

"Hmmmm,....LED power light is on for the surge protector. Monitor, printer, and router all have power from the surge protector."
Tested the receptacle that the computer was plugged into, with a table lamp, and NO power.

2) Power Supply:
If you see LED lights on, and maybe fans spinning, it doesn't mean the computer is getting enough power.

A) If ALL of the LED lights were on at once, they would use less than 1 Watt of power.

B) EACH fan uses 2 to 3 Watts of power.

C) A typical Processor can use 51 to 125 Watts of power. Just depends on what Processor it is.

A power supply with a weak voltage power rail, will not have enough power to turn the Processor on.
No Processor, no computer. No computer, no video signal to the monitor.

Test the 3 main voltages for the power supply with a multimeter, or use a KNOWN to be good, and compatible, power supply for a test unit.

[ 3.3 Volt power rail
5 Volt power rail
12 Volt power rail.
All are DC voltage ]

Power supply checks out? Then you may, or may not, want to obtain a graphics card, and try it.
Why -> may not?

Because the electrical damage may go further, than the graphics card.
May have fried the motherboard.
Hopefully not the Processor, and Ram Memory, but...........?

[ The motherboard has Integrated Graphics. If you are plugging into the VGA port on the back of the computer, you are using Integrated Graphics.

If the Surge Protector, and Power Supply checks out, AND you have access to an economical graphics card, (Or can borrow one), try it.
Make sure the computer is unplugged from power. FOLLOW Anti-Static Precautions. Physically install the graphics card.
Monitor cable to graphics card.

When you first turn the computer on the graphics will be rough.
You still have to install the drivers]

[An economical multimeter can be purchased for as little as $8 to $12. Available in a multitude of stores. An auto parts store is but one example.
Need guidance in using it post back in a Comment. Include the manufacturer name and product number of the multimeter ]

For additional questions post back in a Comment.
