Phone number is 845-818-3604

Administrative contact email is listed as ezlaptop@yahoo.com

According to WhoIs, the site is for sale.

Its a total waste of time. Anybody here who was able to claim their laptop?

There is not an SMTP outgoing server called 'apple.smtp.mail.yahoo.com'. Try removing 'apple' from the beginning of the SMTP outgoing server name in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Yahoo Email Address > Click on email address. Ymail create id

Ymail is a subsidiary email client under the Yahoo domain. Ymail provides free, open source Web mail services for Internet users.
Created as a partner to Yahoo RocketMail, Ymail was implemented to help triple the size of the existing Yahoo emailing server, which already has more than 200 million users.
Making a Ymail ID requires the creation of a Ymail email address directly through Yahoo.
Access the Yahoo Account Registration page at yahoo.com (see Bottom of page).
Type your first name and last name in the proper data fields at the top of the Yahoo Account Registration page.

Click the "Gender" drop-down bar and select "Male" or "Female."
Click the "Birthday" drop-down bar and provide the month of your birthday.
Then, enter the day and year for your birthday in the applicable data fields.
Enter your five-digit postal code in the data field directly below the drop-down bar for your country.
Type a unique name in the Yahoo! ID and email text field.
Then, click the "yahoo.com" drop-down bar, and change the setting to "Ymail.com."

Click "Check" to verify that your desired Ymail ID is available.
(If the Ymail ID is not available, alternatives will be generated, but you can also manually change the ID until you find one that is available.)

Create a password for the Ymail ID account and email account.
Then, re-type the password in the corresponding data field for verification.

Provide an alternative email address for account safety and security purposes.
Click one of the security questions in the corresponding drop-down bar.
Then, provide an answer to the question as an alternative method to verify your account or retrieve your account password.
(An alternative email address and security questions are not mandatory but can be beneficial if you ever lose or forget your Ymail account password.)

Enter the characters in the security code box below the registration data fields.
Click the "Create My Account" button at the bottom of the registration page.
The site will redirect to the new Ymail ID account page.

Create A Yahoo Email Address
Yahoo offers free email accounts with add-ons such as a calendar, notepad and an automatic organizer.
Your Yahoo account is Web-based, so you can access your messages anywhere you have an Internet connection.
Once you complete the simple one-page registration form, you will also have access to all of Yahoo's features.
You can use your new email address to sign into Flickr, Yahoo Answers, Messenger and a variety of games and fantasy sports leagues.

Click the "Sign Up" link that appears below the "Sign In" option on the Yahoo homepage to create a new account.
Enter your name, gender, address and birth date on the appropriate lines.
Choose your Yahoo username.
Your username will also be your email address. Make sure "Yahoo.com" is selected from the drop-down list next to the email address.
Click the "Check" button to see if your desired email address is available.
Enter your desired password on both of the required lines.
The password must be typed exactly the same on both lines.
You will see a "Password Strength" bar indicating how difficult your password will be for a hacker to guess.
Select a "secret question" from the drop-down menu.
Yahoo will use this question to verify your identity if you lose your password.
Enter the answer to the question you chose from the menu.
Repeat this process to choose your second "secret question" and answer.
There is also an optional line where you can enter an alternate email address for Yahoo to send you password resetting instructions.
Enter the letters and numbers displayed in the image on the screen into the "image verification" line.
This proves that you are a human and not an automated script designed to open new Yahoo accounts.
Click the "Create My Account" button when you are finished completing all of the input boxes. You will then see your account details displayed on the screen.
You can print this page for your records, if needed.
Click "Continue" to proceed to your new email account.

Hi, I am in Hobart, and have not been able to get my yahoo/email since yesterday? Regards Phil. Ps, all other sites I can get.

Hello there!

Please make sure that you are entering the correct username and password.

If in any case you have forgotten your username and password.

Fllow these easy steps:

You can get a new password, a Yahoo! ID reminder, or both. If you forgot your Yahoo! ID or password, go to the Sign-in Problems page.

If you forgot your Yahoo! ID, you need to provide three pieces of information so we can confirm your identity:

  • Your birthday
  • Your ZIP or postal code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)
  • Your alternate email address -Note: You must have access to this email address
  • Country code (at the time you created your Yahoo! account or when you last updated it)

Be sure to provide the same information you gave the last time you registered for a new Yahoo! ID or password or the last time you updated your account.
If you forgot your password, you can create a new one. But first you'll have to provide the following information so we can confirm your identity:
  • Your Yahoo! ID
  • Alternate email address, mobile phone number, or the answers to your secret questions

A Reset Your Password link will be sent to your alternate email address. Click the link and enter your new password in the Reset your password page.
If you entered your secret question incorrectly or forgot what you originally entered, for security reasons, we cannot tell you what your Yahoo! ID is or let you create a new password.

Regards,
fossildude

3. Next is a permissions page which goes over legal information. Click I Agree. If you'd rather not continue, click I Do Not Agree.
4. Verify that you've read the Terms of Service by clicking in the check-box. Click Start Transfer.
5. Enter the "old" email sign-in name for the account you're transferring from, and in the pull-down menu, select the webmail domain it's from.
* Choose from:
Hotmail, AOL, Gmail, Comcast, Yahoo!, Cox, Earthlink, MSN, Netzero, Juno, CS, Optonline, and Worldnet.att.net
6. Enter the email account's password. Click Next.

I can't enter on my yahoo account information on my iphone

1. Go to "Settings" 2. Select "Mail, Contacts, Calendars" 3. Select "Add Account...." 4. Select "Yahoo! Mail" 5. Type for NAME (your user name), Address (full Yahoo email address), Password (your password), Description (do not type your yahoo email address, choose something different, like "My Yahoo Account")
The problem most likely is in the Description ... if you type your email address here, it may give the error that the server cannot connect. I changed mine to "My Account" and the server connected.

I cannot find my old yahoo email I do not want the new yahoo email i want my old one back

++ If you forget the username:
Goto http://mail.yahoo.com/ then click on "forget your ID or Password", then a page will appear for you in next step and then choose " I forgot my Username" and click on "next", for now, you should insert your alternative email,Birthday, country of residence and postal code (as you inserted before). for next step, you'll reset your password and now your previous address mail will send to alternative mail
* Note: if you forget the alternative email, birthday, country of residence or postal code, you won't give it back! you should remember them exactly
----------- ++ If you forget the password:
Do the previous steps, but instead of  "I forgot my Username", you should choose  " I forgot my password"
* Note: if you forget the alternative email, birthday, country of residence or postal code, you won't give it back! you should remember them exactly --------- ++ If you can't remember username, alternative mail, country residence, postal code or birthday and just remember password I suggest you also take a look to: http://people.yahoo.com/
You can find the mail address by entering the "first name" and "Last name" in which you use before for your mail. --------------- I hope it could help you.
Good luck
