Question about Washing Machines
Check the drain hose or clogs and kinks whether the machine is a front-loader or a top-loader and make sure it is clear and free of any obstruction. Front-loaders usually have pump filter that can access through the toe panel. Remove the screws attaching the bottom of the toe panel to the cabinet then slide the panel down and off. Propping up the bottom front edge of the machine or cushion its top rear edge and lean it against the wall for easy access and removal of the screws. Unscrew the filter and clean it. Also make sure the pump impeller is turning freely.
For top-loaders, the cabinet needs to be removed for access to the drain pump. Please indicate the exact model number of the machine for specific troubleshooting and repair advice.
