Question about Vivitar ViviCam 4345 Digital Camera

This breaks the gears in the lens assembly, and the camera will have to be serviced. You can read about things you can try to do, but often when a camera falls too much, it's broken, for all practical purposes.
You always have to be careful with digital cameras...they have tiny plastic gears in the lens assembly, that can be broken or stripped with a fall. Sorry to have to give you the bad news, but some of those tips might work.
