The TV is in our Teton RV and is a little over a year old. Initially if you turned the TV on after it had not been used you would get sound but no picture. If you turned it off and then back on it was ok. Recently, we'll be watching TV and it just goes off. It appears that when it gets warm it is worse, so we put a fan behind the TV but although it appeared to help at first it isn't now. This TV has a power connection to raise it up so we can store items behind it, since storage is needed in RVs. Don't know if this makes a difference. Thank you.

That sucks about your tv. Mine just turned 3 years old. Never had a problem with it. But you seriously can't expect wal-mart to take back and exchange a 3 year old tv. Come on. That would be stupid for walmart to do. Even RCA prolly dosent do more than a 1 year warranty. Unless you purchased the warranty from walmart, it will be cheaper to just get a 19 inch lcd tv now. Cheapest I see them on sale for is only $99.99
