Question about Jensen Q2749J 27" TV
The TV is in our Teton RV and is a little over a year old. Initially if you turned the TV on after it had not been used you would get sound but no picture. If you turned it off and then back on it was ok. Recently, we'll be watching TV and it just goes off. It appears that when it gets warm it is worse, so we put a fan behind the TV but although it appeared to help at first it isn't now. This TV has a power connection to raise it up so we can store items behind it, since storage is needed in RVs. Don't know if this makes a difference. Thank you.
There are most likely some components in the power supply and or scan circuits that have become thermo sensitive.
An experienced TV service man should be able to troubleshoot your set and fix it for you.
